About Me

A Hybrid, 360° Background

For over 25 years, collective intelligence, collaboration, entrepreneurship/intrapreneurship, innovation, enthusiasm, kindness, empathy, and trust have been my driving forces.

At just 18, I launched my first venture in Lyon—“Authentica,” the city’s first incentive event agency, built around a network of professionals and experts.

Since then, I’ve supported and empowered more than 400 French and international teams through team coaching, teambuilding, and serious games during seminars, corporate events, and training sessions—on-site and offsite.

Since 2008, I’ve also worked as a manager-intrapreneur and coach, helping organizations develop their business growth and customer satisfaction strategies, using cutting-edge human and digital intelligence tools.

My hybrid entrepreneur/intrapreneur profile and 360° experience in management, training, marketing and customer experience enable me to design and facilitate stimulating, participative, operational and strategic collective experiences.
